The new GPS trackers that you carried this year will help to find the time you passed the cameras.
The providers of this service, Open Tracking , have informed us that there is a replay function for you to relive your ride. It will only be available on desktops and not mobiles. Using this function should help you pinpoint your time passing our cameras.
Guidance for finding photos using the GPS Tracker
You can access the Tracker here:
Open Tracking
Look at the time you recorded on GPS tracker, provided by open tracking, on the Fred Whitton website homepage. The tracker doesn't work on phones, only laptops and desk tops.
Kirkstone Pass
The photographer should have captured an image approximately 20 minutes earlier than your summit time.
Newlands
The photographer should have captured an image approximately one minute earlier than your summit time.
Hardknott Pass
The photographers should have captured images approximately 8-10 minutes earlier than your summit time for camera 3, remote camera and camera 2.
For camera 1 it will be approximately 15-20 minutes before your summit time. It will depend on your speed so you may need to make some allowances for any stops or how fast you were riding.
